From frameless showers to high-rise curtain wall, every application below runs through the same shop: cut to size, edge-worked, tempered to CSA B54, and delivered across the Lower Mainland and beyond. Thickness 4–19mm, colours clear through black, quoted within 24 hours.

Each application below is fabricated to its own code and hardware requirements — not a generic cut-to-size panel.

Shower

Frameless enclosures & doors.

Fully-tempered clear, low-iron, or fluted glass, edge-polished for exposed edges. Notched and drilled for pivot, sliding, or fixed-panel hardware; header-free clamp systems on request.

Railings

Base-shoe, standoff & post systems.

Guard glass is life-safety glazing: where the assembly is a guard under the NBC, laminated glass is required rather than monolithic tempered. We fabricate to base-shoe, standoff, and post-supported details, heat-soaked on request for added field confidence.

Partitions

Office dividers & sliding doors.

Frosted, etched, and dot-pattern glass for privacy without losing daylight. Tempered single-glazed panels for demountable and sliding-door systems, cut to exact opening dimensions.

Wine Rooms

Low-iron enclosures, minimal hardware.

Low-iron glass removes the green cast so bottles and finishes read true. Tempered panels with minimal-profile clamps, patch fittings, or channel systems — door and fixed-panel combinations sized to the room.

Commercial

Storefronts & curtain wall.

Clear, low-iron, and tinted (bronze/grey/blue/green/black) tempered and heat-strengthened glass for entrance glazing and facade infill. Heat-soak testing available for high-rise curtain-wall lites where field failure risk must be minimized.

Residential

Deck glass, stairs & windows.

Deck and balcony guards, stair-rail infill, and window replacement glass for renovation work. Tempered or laminated depending on the guard condition, in clear or any of our five body tints.

Decorative

Mirrors, back-painted & feature walls.

Sandblasted and carved-relief etching, dot-matrix privacy grades, back-painted colour, and mirror — for feature walls, cabinetry, and signage panels. Temperable after etch where required.

Cut-to-size, holes & notches.

CNC cutting, drilling, and notching to your shop drawings, with flat, pencil, or beveled edge polish. Any finish or thickness in our range, fabricated to the tolerance your hardware needs.

02 — Specification

Codes & standards

Fabricated to the standard your project calls for.

Every lite leaving our shop is manufactured and tested against the applicable standard for its use — guard, overhead, or general safety glazing.

CSA B54

Canadian standard for the manufacture, testing, and certification of safety glazing — the tempering standard our fully-tempered (Kind FT) product is fabricated and marked to.

ASTM C1048

US specification covering heat-treated flat glass — heat-strengthened and fully-tempered kinds, condition, and quality requirements for our tempered product line.

NBC & BC Building Code

Where an assembly is classified as a guard or is subject to overhead glazing provisions, laminated glass is the required product — not monolithic tempered. We fabricate and document to these conditions.

EN 14179

European standard for heat-soaked thermally toughened soda lime silicate safety glass — the heat-soak test protocol we offer on high-rise and life-safety facade lites.

Engineering documentation — mill certificates, test reports, and compliance letters — is available on request for any order.
